Called this company on a whim in a very frustrating time. It was a week before taxes were due, and I was flustered. Even though it was their busiest time of the year, they welcomed me in with open arms. I scheduled an appointment and immediately they began working with me, fixing another firm's errors. I have been doing my taxes for a few years here now. Very flexible, insightful and above all helpful. They are very responsive and reliable as well. They do their job and they do it well.
Excellent service everything was done in a timely fashion
I did not have a good experience here. My husband was acknowledged by the accountant at the start of the appointment, but I was not. CPA took a call at the beginning of our appointment time and decided to take that call when we were in the office and talked for 10 minutes before we walked out. Information on price and services were not given over the phone or once we got there.
