About 40 years ago I lived right behind Patsy’s Cut and Curl and she was the sweetest to me. She used to give me orange sodas. We used to pick blackberries out in the woods and us kids would always take some to her. My Aunt and uncle lived back there and family friends too. I’ll always have fond memories of living behind there.
Excellent customer care
Very disappointed in the cut I received. Very expensive for a bad hair cut. Won't be going back.
