Crooked and Prejudice I've heard bad things about Patsy Lou, I should have stayed away but I needed a car fast. I got a car that I was charged too much for and then the air conditioning was broke and warranty didn't even cover it. What's the point of a warranty, if it's not going to fix something wrong. Shady Operation I attempted to purchase a small travel trailer from this business. Common sense told me to steer clear. It was obvious that I was dealing with shysters.
Awful. I had been having problems with my current vehicle and a "boss" at one of the Patsy Lou offices, said "no problem, we will trade it in, we will give you X amount of dollars" So I went to their crap car lot on Pierson Rd in Flushing and the "salesperson" said I could buy a USED Malibu for around $489 a month and I was completely crazy if I thought otherwise. piss poor service I too was treated poorly not only at the beginning when I was promised when I bought the vehichle that it would be detailed cleaned but that other items would be checked over and i would know what problems there were with the vehicle. When I picked up my vehichle the next day it was half assed cleaned and a guess to why the engine light was on then I was told becuse the power lock in the back didn't work that it would be fixed for free covered by the warranty and I ended up paying out of pocket over $300.00... read more

CAR SALES PEOPLE AT pATSY LOU The only good thing about this used car lot was the selection.Purchased Buick from them. Sales people were a joke. Was give loaner car because purchased the fabric protection . I got a loaner on empty.They called next day saying car was ready,.They brought my car up front.They didnt even do the protection.There was sand all over the floor. Worst exp. ever!!!! I recently purchased a car from the fine car dealership on Miller Rd. This was one of the most unorganized operations I??ve ever seen. I have purchased cars from buy here pay here lots with more knowledge and professionalism then this dealership!
