Great service but the food was substandard and the meat was tough and flavorless

Delicious steaks and atmosphere.
I just left Pats and will never return. The quality of their steak is nowhere close to the level of other high end steakhouses in Louisville. The waiter was rarely seen. He forgot our rolls and didn’t tell us about no free refills till after our second one. So that’s fifteen dollars in cokes. I spend $175 for three meals and you want to charge me $15 for a few cents worth of Coca-Cola? Step your game up or close. 3 1/2 stars on Yelp says it all. #neveragain
