This is a very competent auto body shop. I'm extremely picky about who works on my cars and I read all their reviews first. I'm proud to add my name to the list of satisfied clients. They had my car for a week and I was very satisfied with the end result. I had the work done through my insurance and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Patriots Auto Body!
All I have to say is WOW. I've never felt more safe and secure leaving my vehicle anywhere as I did at this place. The staff was great and they really took the time to walk me through the entire process and reassure me when I dropped it off. For me having my car fixed is a very personal experience but they went above and beyond to alleviate all of my concerns and the end result was better then new. Awesome service, my car was in and out with a new and painted bumper in just over 24 hours. They did a great job and were helpful in giving updates during the repair process. Ali will sort you out.
I seriously love this place! I've brought in my car several time, and each time they've done a wonderful job! My car always comes back looking brand new! Ali is amazing! He's super nice too, and will do everything possible to make sure you're happy. He cares about his customers! Highly recommend this place to anyone. This will be the only place that I take my car.
The pricing was absolutely fair and I never felt gouged or that any unnecessary work was being done. Everyone in the shop was a delight to work with. This is the second time we've used this shop, and I'd recommend it to anyone. They are now my go-to shop!
When a tire hit my car on the freeway last month, I used them and they were amazing! They handled everything- they dealt with my insurance company, they drove me to the car rental outlet for my loaner, and even rushed the job for me, as I was going out of town and needed my car back.They were an absolute pleasure to deal with and my car looks beautiful! They even washed it- inside and out! I highly recommend Patriots Auto Body!
