I loved their service! I was in town for a one-week vacation and someone scratched my rental car, I googled the nearest place where I could get it fixed and I was really happy of the result. The car was fixed the same day, and their service was excellent, the guy who talked to me in the phone (I guess the owner) was super polite and the car was returned to me in perfect shape. Totally recommend it!
Great shop! Fixed my Toyota/ Scion -FRS and helped out with my insurance! Always kept me up to date with my car and good customer service. Also provided me with towing. Highly recommend!
I'm a Very satisfied customer. They accommodate to my schedule and were very polite. They fixed my front bumper and matched the color exactly. Even fixed a dinge that was separate. And also gave me a spare touch up paint. Thank you very much.
Patriots Auto Body work quickly, thoroughly, communicatively and, most importantly, HONESTLY. Anyone with a car in this town has been ripped off at least a handful of times by less than reputable shop managers. Never the case with Ali. The first time I came into the shop, I was quoted a very reasonable estimate for body work to my Jeep and the estimate held. No last minute unverifiable issues resulting in additional charges.
