This Urgent Care goes above and beyond to ensure the patients are well taken care of and that all of your questions are answered. I took my daughter there and Christie and Darcie were wonderful and took the time to make sure to explain what they were doing which helped keep my 11year old daughter calm . Darcie shared helpful tips to my daughter being that she was worried and once we left my daughter told me she calmed down when Darcie was talking to her and she was so impressed how everyone was so kind. Everyone was so professional and took very good care of me.
Our experience was good. The nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful. The nurse did seem to have short patience with my son who has social challenges and sometimes repeated his thoughts which seemed to frustrate the nurse. I noticed but it seemed my son didn’t. Overall very helpful and a good experience and I would definitely recommend going here for good efficient care.
