Everything thing was great! Clean, organized and knowledgeable front desk assistant, provider was thorough, kind and an excellent example of patient family centered care!
They had same day appointments and saw me right away
3 star care! Clean place, friendly staff and doctors!! I had given it 5 stars at first but I had to off 2 stars for cleanliness protocols. I would advise the doctors to wash their hands before putting on gloves. My doctor kept going in an out of the room and at the end just grabbed gloves and out them on. I assume it was more to protect him/her than me. The sink was bone dry, like no one ever washes their hands but one seen worst urgency cares.
It can be hard for me to be objective when being sick but here goes: clean facility. No “appts/line hold” available on Tues and wait was 90+ mins so I chose next day. Took about an hour all in including 3 tests (flu, etc etc). 4 or 5 patients there before me. Front office kind and friendly (shout out to Joanna!), MA skilled and quick, doc listened and made sure he understood symptoms. Let me have input in my care. I’ll use again if I need UC services in the future.
