Very nice, good people to work with, friendly and helpful.
Just got a new set of tires here today. Showed up late, right before close and they hooked me up with 4 new tires! In and out in no time, great customer service, great pricing, and everyone there was nice and happy to help even though I probably extended their Saturday a bit. Thanks Patriot Tire!! (:

So I blew a tire. Not the end of the world...but it seemed like it. I had to work, I was stressed, and let's face it...who has time for this?! I called and the sweetest guy told me if I hurried here he would even be willing to stay late to get me taken care of. I showed up at ten till (yeah, I was one of those people) and he told me to relax and sit in the air conditioning. He had a great attitude and I just really needed that today. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The damn man who rang me up had a very shitty attitude! He quoted me $343 then charged me $409 when I got there!!! Even had the nerve to tell me he would give me a discount if i wasnt upst!!! Another case of mechanics getting over on women!
Not happy with my service today. Felt like they didn't want me there. When I wanted to schedule work I need based on diagnostic the guy told me to call him. I'm standing right there, but he wants me to call him. He also ignored me when I asked him a question. I miss the guy with all the tattoos and ear gage holes. He was nice and helpful.
Wheel came OFF 3 hours after an alignment, charged me to reattach, then LOST my keys that I had given to the tow truck driver. 3 months later they still haven't made any amends for that.
