I had a roof done a year ago and this was my experience. Had a leak when they installed it which they fixed. Follow up was horrible. Mark contractor flew off the handle and got in an argument with the guard gate. They hit a neighbors mailbox and claimed it wasn’t them. I replaced it. Now I have a leak a year later and there has been no response from the owner after multiple messages left. Overall bad experience with them. Would not use them again or recommend them.
Josh and his team were awesome. He did our roof about 8 years ago and came right back and took care of our vent stack leak . We would Highly recommend. Thanks Josh.
We are writing to formally express our severe disappointment and frustration regarding the roof your company installed on our home at Fleming Island, FL in 2018.
