I normally do not respond to reviews of this nature but feel compelled to participate. I responded to to the offer for the free fall tune-up. Harrison found my roof (completed replacement in Feb 25) to be in good shape which I expected. He did find a problem with siding repair and reinstallation of the lower level bathroom window. The window was not framed and reinstalled properly allowing air leakage, dust infiltration, and insects to enter through the exposed opening in the top left hand corner of the window. Luke came out and performed a little maintenance and assessment of my roof. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Honest report on conditions with no pressure. The kind of experience you want to have when interacting with contractors. Brian
I signed up for the free inspection. Appointment scheduling was easy and Harrison arrived right on time. He completed the inspection and went over every picture with me. He said one slit in particular was of concern and would need to be removed and replaced. This roof has Malarky architectural shingles and is less than 5 years old. He said that type of damage usually is caused by shingle installer, the remaining cuts usually from shingle installer.
