Patriot does not answer the phone listed. His company does not take responsibility for poor installation of sky tubes without any flashing.
Had roof replaced, was promised a 5 year warranty, after completion their design allowed water to come down the wall and not off the roofs edge. They attempted replacement, failed to finish trim work, broke away stucco and did not repair, they attempted to paint damage and paint does not match original color. After next rain I have emailed over ten times, called over 12 times, and always get a “I’ll put you on the calendar or I’ll call you tomorrow” whatever it takes to push you away.
