We had an employee from Patriot come out to look at our roof in order to give an estimate. I was dismayed to find that he left a mess of insulation in a closet after going up into our attic space. It isn’t a good thing to leave for potential customers to clean up. I suggest that the roof inspector carry a small hand vacuum cleaner or ask to use a broom. He didn’t indicate there was any mess left, and I found it a couple of days later.
Patriot Roofing did an excellent job on our roof from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful of our property. They kept us informed throughout the entire process and completed the project on time. The quality of the work is outstanding, and we now have peace of mind knowing our home is well-protected. Highly recommend them for anyone needing roofing services!
Spencer at Patriot Roofing is incredibly knowledgeable and truly passionate about his work. He went above and beyond, fighting tirelessly against an insurance company that wasn’t acting in good faith to ensure our roof was approved. The entire roof replacement was completed in just one day, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional.
Called Patriot roofing out to help us figure out how to repair the dryer roof cap that came off the house during the snow storm earlier this year. The gentleman that came out was prompt, professional and took the time to reattach the dryer roof cap we had without charging us for the visit. I was more than willing to pay for their services but was blown away by the gesture. I know they can’t do this every time but I can assure you we know who to recommend and who we will use if ever in need of a roofing contractor!!
