Nicholas was super honest and attentive when it came to my roof near with skylights! Will remember him the next time I need a roofing repair!
Overall, great experience, great service with Nick and the team and repair was done quickly and safely. We are happy with our repair and damages estimated 600-700.
They were willing to come out same day. I appreciate that so much. Unfortunately someone else was able to come before them. But they were so accommodating and helpful.
We had an employee from Patriot come out to look at our roof in order to give an estimate. I was dismayed to find that he left a mess of insulation in a closet after going up into our attic space. It isn’t a good thing to leave for potential customers to clean up. I suggest that the roof inspector carry a small hand vacuum cleaner or ask to use a broom.
