I stopped by an open house for a condo hosted by Patriot Realty at 114 Oaks. It was a secured building, which is fine, but there was no one there to greet or let folks inside. It would have been great to take a seat while the realtor showed the condos (I’m assuming that’s where they were at) or at least know how long the wait would be. I stood outside, on crutches, for 25 min before leaving. Two other people that arrived at the same time I did also left -not sure about the third. I just closed on my first home and I couldn't have done it without Kristen Doezema from Patriot. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was always friendly, and readily available whenever I had questions or there was a home that I wanted to see. Buying my first home was smooth and enjoyable thanks to Kristen. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house!
