In Jan We Needed a reliable vehicle to get disabled daughter to her appointments and we found our 07 Quest. We had a couple of normal issues for a low millage vehicle reachin 100k, even after our warranty expired they were still willing to work with us. These guys are willing to go the extra yard, excellent customer service and they also have access to an awsome mechanic JM on Cincinnati. Keep up the good work fellas
After going all around town and doing thorough research on all the dealers, Patriot always came out on top! Thank you Gabriel! From beginning to end, everything was fast efficient and professional. I would give zero if I could. I drove across town after they told me I was able to get into a vehicle. They said it was no problem with my credit and down payment. I went and waited for hours. Then I left and they said they would call me with a response. No one called me. I called 4 different time and always got the run around, never a straight answer. I would like to thank the staff for helping me get back on the road. They were very honest from beginning to end. Art and David were great throughout the process and found me a car that fit my family needs. Kelly was my salesman and he was very polite and professional and made sure I understood the whole process. I will be referring to patriot they are a great team to work with.
