Everything started off great. Trey was very responsive during install. Now, I have an issue with the battery charger and it has been 3 days and I still can't get in touch with anyone at the company. Buyer beware. EDIT: To Trey's credit, he did finally respond and is sending a new battery.
Great customer service! I purchased the 48v conversion kit and it was easy to install everything. When I needed reassurance or had a question, Trey would happily tell me what’s up. Great product and high quality. Customer service is absolutely unbeatable. I converted a six battery 8 volt/battery system to a 4 battery 12V/battery system for my custom 48V off road golf cart. Trey was incredibly helpful and spoke with me multiple times to ensure my conversion was right. I can't say enough about their customer service!! Top speed on my golf cart went from 16MPH to 21.2MPH confirmed by GPS. I could not be happier!
