Had Patriot Plumbing come out today - fixed both problems quickly and efficiently. Very nice - and REALLY appreciate his wearing a mask (we did too - everyone needs to do that!). Then he told us what he had touched so we could disinfect since he had already been in five other homes already. Had them install a garbage disposal in February in our new home. Great work then, too. HIGHLY recommend!
Wouldn’t recommend patriot plumbing to anyone they don’t care about customer satisfaction. They installed a water heater for me and damaged it in the process. Tyler Wentz (owner)told me they would replace it but would have to wait till they slow down. Then later I get a call from their service guy saying they would not replace it . So now I’m stuck with a damaged product that should have been installed without any damage.
We had a plumber check out our whirlpool tub today. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Provided affordable options to manage the problem. I appreciated the advice to try a simple fix. If a bigger problem presents itself, he gave us an idea of what that might entail.
