The plumber that did the work was excellent, worked hard and fast to get the job done. The issue is the billing department which has been my nightmare. Cant get an itemized bill, will not return my calls, I sent a check over 2 months ago just to get rid of them and they continue to bill anyway. Not sure how to resolve a billing issue if they wont return my calls. Never again for this reason
Had a wonderful experience working with Patriot Plumbing. After six months of issues in our apartment complex, and two other plumbing companies providing no relief, PP correctly identified the issue and fixed it immediately. The plumber who came by was very attentive and respectful of our space, cleaning up after his work.
The best of the best IMO. Very professional, great field teams, a bit pricy but worth it.
If I could give negative stars I would. They were hired by a contractor who was hired by our homeowners insurance. They are not allowed back on our property and we seriously considered pressing charges/filing a police report. The first time they came out was fine. The second time they came out I got to listen to a poor guy get screamed and sworn at by Mike over the phone for about 15-20 minutes, after he did his best trying to fix a tricky situation that needed a special tool to finish.
