I tried to cancel my subscription, but every time I called the number, I was told the office will call me back. But I haven’t received any call back for over 3 weeks. Every time I asked them for a direct phone number to the office, I was told they don’t have it or perhaps they are not allowed to give it to me. I am so frustrated after trying so many times, I don’t understand why they have to create this hurdle in communication and hurdle like this in canceling the service is just a recipe for angry customers.
