Do NOT park here. Left my car overnight (stayed for work) just to come down to my car with a note on it saying they transferred the keys to another location. No attendent was at my lot so I walked to the lot address on the note. What do you know, no attendent at that lot either. So i am currently without my keys, car and cant go to work. If i could give -5* i would. Dont trust these knuckleheads with anything.

I made a reservation through SpotHero and I ended up being turned away. They overbooked their parking lot and needed to double-park the cars, so they needed my keys to move my car around and let other cars out. Not a problem, but the parking lot attendant was going to be off duty by the time I got back to my car. So I would have had to pick up my keys at a different parking lot. I must admit, I was pretty worried at first. It was the first time I used a lot where I had to hand over the keys for a few days. With that said, a few days later got the car back with no dents or dings and friendly service. Basically a major stress factor for vacation turned out moot.
