I've been parking here on and off for months and they really need better staffing and a more efficient parking/retrieval process. I attempted to park this morning and there was a line bcuz the morning attendant was by himself both retrieving and parking cars. This company will cheat you and scam you do not park here! After paying for my car and waiting almost an hour because they couldn’t find it they asked ME to go downstairs to find it and I do so. I then ask the attendant if he can give me the key to my car and I show him the receipt. The attendant then demands me to give him $5 in order to give me the key as he’s standing at the key lockbox. DO NOT RESErVE PARKING HERE!!! Prepaid for parking only to be told that they couldn't take us!! The guy literally said go drive around for 30-40 minutes and come back!!! FIND SNYWHERE ELSE!!!
DO NOT PARK HERE - I came to pick up my car, no attendant, had to wait over an hour. Then, when they get here, they couldn’t open the safe. I had to open it for them. Also, they still charged me.
DO NOT PARK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I parked my mothers car here while she was visiting from out of state and when I went to pick it up 3 days later it had been stolen. According to the police officer we filled out the report with the cars were left unattended with the keys in the car overnight. Multiple cars have been stolen and we have gotten no response from the garage or their insurance company as to vehicle replacement, car rentals and liability for the travel expenses incurred making sure my mother made it safel... read more
