It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Jerry and Lisa Allen. They were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They got back to me quickly when I contacted them and answered my every question. They went above and beyond in replacing my furnace and air conditioner. An old unused humidifier was removed and the entire area around the furnace was cleaned. Any old connecting parts were replaced, it looks so much better. These guys were great!! Did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it and for how much they said they were going to do it for!! Not sure if i got my veterans/senior discount as its not broken out as a line item on the invoice and i am still waiting for my email about the warranty registration. Tech said they submit it.

We recently had to replace our air conditioner- in the summer-. Patriot showed up on time, gave us a very fair estimate and came back to install a new unit within the week. Excellent service! We couldn’t be happier.
