Started off rough. They canceled our Monday appointment 30 minutes into our arrival window and said they could not get out again for a week or two. The appointment was crucial for daughter to be home for college break given allergies and asthma. I finally got them to rebook the next day by speaking to a new manager. This was to be a DEEP clean for allergies and sanitation. Baseboards were not touched in the hallways. Many corners not touched in the rooms. Wall frames not touched.
