This team has been absolutely wonderful to my family. David, Cassie, Travis, Samantha, Scott, Jeanette..everyone has been FANTASTIC! We’ve had them for about three months this time. This is my 4th time using them for my loved ones. I would not use anyone else. HIGHLY recommend!! Very thankful for their care.

This is my 2nd time with Patriot Hospice and my daddy. In January 2026, Daddy was placed on hospice for the 2nd time, after coming home with me after mom passed away. He has a GREAT team taking care of him, from the social case worker (Cassie), aid (Lisa), nurses (can't remember all the names but Ron and Jenny) volunteers (Kathy & Gwen) and Chaplin Scott. I am writing this to share a very concerning experience with Patriot Hospice. During my mother’s admission on Monday, I explicitly requested liquid PRN (as-needed) medications to avoid the exact situation we faced this week. I was told that would be handled. However, on Christmas Eve, when my mother became unresponsive and unable to swallow, the liquid medication was nowhere to be found.
