Absolutely the best! Steve & his team are fixing my crawlspace to sell my house and also he’s fixing my crawlspace for the house I bought. My husband suddenly passed away five months ago, and everything has been really tough, but Steve is not only compassionate, but super reasonable, and an expert at his profession. Steve is a great guy and always quick to respond. He’s done a number of things around cleaning out and encapsulating my crawl space, installing a new entry door to keep out pests, etc. Very highly recommend.
The appointment was very easy to set up and Steve was very quick to respond. Along with that the install and spraying were done very well. I will be using Patriot Exterminating for every seasonal spray from now on and would recommend anyone do the same.
