Recommendedfor the year i have used there service today was the first problem i’ve had with there service, they phoned the night before and said they would have a tex out tomorrow (today)between 10:00am & noon. they were here ready to spray @7:30 am the only problem with that is we are all in the bed so he was told to only spray out side steve
They were very informative about what we wanted done which was killing off weeds. We told them we had dogs and birds and they explained what process they used and how long we needed to keep the pets in and for how long.
The office staff always answers the phone when I call. The techs listen to any of my concerns. Great service everytime. I have used other pest services in the past. Patrio Environmental is the best.
As per usual, our tech Chad does an outstanding job and takes care of any concern that arises, and to boot he always remembers the various nuances of our property. He is very mindful of safety and should be the face of your company. Courtesy is in his DNA. Please make sure he is very happy and stays with the company for a very long time. When we moved here about 1.5 years ago now the home we bought was infested with roaches, earwigs and scorpions, inside and out. I had 2 other exterminator companies out before Patriot (I had not yet heard of them at the time) the other companies were referred.... anyways even after the 2 other companies had come to spray we continued to have problems.
