Office staff were friendly and helpful. They made me comfortable during the appointment. The dentist was knowledgable and explained the plan to me.

I was a tad anxious about the new situation because Dr. Johnson had been my only dentist over forty years.. Jessica was very friendly and do a great job cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable. I was pleased that Dr. Paul came by to make sure things were going well, even though I didn't see him for work today.. His wife, Elaine, came by to introduce herself and thank me for coming. i was very impressed with them both.

I have zero complaints about the dentist or his staff. I was treaded like visiting royalty. What surprised me is the total lack of privacy and the noise level in the office. Perhaps I am old school, but I like for a medical professional's office to be quiet. This office was bustling with noise, employees engaged in conversation, music, etc. There are no door on each individual treatment room so there is no privacy to be had. I had a throbbing headache by the time I left.

Several of our treatment rooms do have pocket doors and can be closed upon request. The next time you visit us please ask to be placed in one of those rooms in order to provide you with more privacy.
