The experience I’ve had with the Front Desk Receptionist has been nothing less than unprofessionalism and pure incompetence. I wish this review was in reference to the Dr. Himself but unfortunately I have to start with my experience as a patient with the Scheduling team, Being that they are the representatives of your service from Start to Finish. Had Colleen for the first time at Patriot Dental today and she was GREAT for my annual X-rays and cleaning Appointment ~ informative, pleasant, articulate and compassionate ~ highly recommend! As always, Patriot Dental’s entire staff is very organized, thorough and very proactive on helping you understand the objectives to improving and maintaining long term oral health!
