They do not need to advertise and be proud to be veteran owned and operated. I am a veteran and trusted them to do the best business for me, it is one of the reasons I went. They sold be a Truck for 40,000 it is valued at 23,000. I was told it was because of the market. Every place I have went to try and get out from under this said I was taken advantage of. I am ashamed of Patriot for doing this to a fellow Vet. You should not be allowed to advertise anything to do with Veterans and you **** sure are not Patriots.

My 19 year old son went to Patriot in Pryor, OK to shop for used vehicles. He text me that he was there & talking to a salesman about a car he found. I looked the car up online- it matched the description my son gave me. The dealership had it listed for $14,000 on their website. Fair enough. All is good. I asked the salesman for a Carfax report prior to pushing a 2010 Ford fusion. The salesman said that dealers used AutoCheck reports rather than Carfax reports because the AutoCheck report was better. The salesman went back to another office to get the AutoCheck report for this car. The 5 page AutoCheck report the salesman gave me listed a 2010 Ford Fusion, which showed no major problems. Was sold a car only later to find out that I'm $14,000 upside down. Was not told that it had been in a wreck. Took my car for my "free oil changes for a year" (as long as you only need 2 oil changes a year lol) and they told me that they were rotating and airing up my tires among other things, they did neither of those things. Called to speak with the owner, was given the general manager who said to me "I don't know what you want me to do". Went to buy a challenger marked 35000 miles on their internet site. The advertised car had 75000 and looked rough. I refused, my salesman bowed out and sent me to another. He showed me a super clean SRT8 with 34000 and I said this is the one. I got the car put $4000 down and they had me cut a $2000 check for "fees". These fees do not show on contract.
