Worst service I have ever received from a car dealership. I was treated like I wasn't worth their time when my AC went out on my brand new car. I called to make an appointment ahead of time and they had no car for me to use as a rental, they were not accommodating at all for a pregnant mom with a toddler. They expected me to lug my child's car seat completely across the parking lot to the rental that I had to beg for, with a 2 year old in tow. Spent $700 on parts that didn't need to be replaced to fix a problem only to have the problem persist and then patriot tells me to take the vehicle somewhere else because they don't know what's wrong with it. So the service department of a GM dealer, can't fix a GM vehicle....smdh
