Always taken care of when I go there. Mr. Stokes is an exceptional service manager. He ensures everything is well taken care of. I would recommend al my friends and family to see him at patriot.

Convenient, I didn't have to travel all over the place to find what I was looking for. The sales person was very courteous, knowledgeable of the product. I've been buying new cars for a long time and I think that my sales person was one of the best.

Had to take my wife's 2012 Chevrolet Equinox in for service due to a knocking noise (ending up being the timing =/ ). I've never purchased a car here but I probably will in the future. Horrible service and does not acknowledge written agreement with customers. Their service manager Cory is not within reasoning when speaking with him and also does not understand an agreement. I do not come often and write reports in regards to any business in order to consider their personal public relations, but not abiding to a written contract and refusing to complete a diagnostic assessment that was written to and agreed with on behalf of one of their representatives is not sensible, regardless of whether they believe t... read more
