Very impressed with this business and owner. I've been meaning to get a wheel alignment on my Chevelle for over a decade though I haven't due to not driving it very often. I called this morning as I drove it to work and this shop is nearby, just seeing if I was able to get a quick alignment. For years I tried to find a mechanic I trusted with no luck, until I was recommended Patriot Auto. These guys have been nothing short of great! Noah is always very professional and accommodating, a great person to deal with when I call in. Jim goes above and beyond to fix and explain in detail the problems that have gone on with my vehicles. Thank you Jim and Patriot auto! Won't take my vehicles anywhere else and I suggest you don't either!
Was on a trip going through Wausau and my truck started making noise. Asked some local friends where to go and they recommended Patriot. After some phone calls the next morning, was able to get it in for same day emergency repairs. They were nice enough to contact my aftermarket warranty company and get authorization on the work. Will use again when I'm in the area!
