i went in for an odd noise in my front end...they inspected it for free and found out that i had broken my wheel bearings. they gave me a great estimate, and after calling around other shops to get their prices, i found that Patriot gave me the best offer for all of the same work. they treated me with respect and gave me great customer service.....i highly rec this business to anyone.
I BROUGHT MY 1997 SATURN FOR A BRAKE INSPECTION, NO CHARGE OF COURSE. THE MANAGER THERE SANTOS WAS A VERY NICE GUY. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND DIDNT TRY TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DIDNT NEED. MY CAR WAS FIXED AND WAS RECOMMENDED ON OTHER SERVICES I NEEDED BUT WAS NOT FORCED INTO GETTING THEM. I REALLY LIKED THAT. GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE. I WOULD RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GO THERE, GREAT SERVICE, FAST RELIABLE WORK WITH GREAT WARRANTIES.
I went for my Lexus regular motor oil and filter change, and after the staff has given my vehicle free visual inspection, noticed that my car has one different rim (the spare) as i had a flat on the original tire. They swaped the tires on the rims FOR FREE. This what I call Good customer service. i enjoy going there as they have good coffee, Cookies & warm atmosphere. Highly recommended, will always go there.
