We had such an outstanding experience working with Jeremy. Our HVAC recently went out and we had a number of technicians from other companies diagnose and recommend repairs that were ultimately not needed. Kind of like going to the dentist and being told you need a root canal when all you need is a cleaning. Brought Patriot Air for a commercial restaurant buildout. We worked closely together to find the best products for our budget (mini split units, outside air, ventilation fans, etc) I cannot recommend Jeremy and Shannan enough. Their communication and precision work made this process as seamless as it could have been for us. Will be using Patriot Air for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. Nice work y’all!
Patriot Air did an incredible job cleaning our AC unit. The difference in performance was immediate, the system is running smoother, cooler, and more efficiently than ever. What really stood out was the level of detail they brought to the job. They didn’t just do a surface clean; they took the time to inspect, clean, and fine-tune every component. Jeremy and Shannan at Patriot Air are great! Communication and scheduling were a breeze. At no point did I feel any pressure to have additional work done. Jeremy came to my how and was friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are very competitive. He got me on the schedule quickly to fix my upstairs ac unit. It’s now blowing harder and colder than it has in a while. I highly recommend using Patriot Air for your needs.
