Jeremy is the man. He did what others could not and really troubleshooted my A/C. I really appreciate his effort

We had such an outstanding experience working with Jeremy. Our HVAC recently went out and we had a number of technicians from other companies diagnose and recommend repairs that were ultimately not needed. Kind of like going to the dentist and being told you need a root canal when all you need is a cleaning. Jeremy not only took the time to explain the bigger picture, but made sure that we understood all of the little things in between (as well) so that we could make the most informed decision for our home repair. Brought Patriot Air for a commercial restaurant buildout. We worked closely together to find the best products for our budget (mini split units, outside air, ventilation fans, etc) I cannot recommend Jeremy and Shannan enough. Their communication and precision work made this process as seamless as it could have been for us. Will be using Patriot Air for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. Nice work y’all!
