Jeremy and Shannan at Patriot Air are great! Communication and scheduling were a breeze. At no point did I feel any pressure to have additional work done. Jeremy came to my how and was friendly and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and his prices are very competitive. He got me on the schedule quickly to fix my upstairs ac unit. It’s now blowing harder and colder than it has in a while. I highly recommend using Patriot Air for your needs. Our air conditioner went out in the guest room. The big air conditioner company wanted a arm and a leg for the service. Thank goodness a friend referred me to Patriot Air. Jeremy super friendly and professional. He fixed all the shortcuts the previous guys made installing the unit, and got the air conditioner up and running for a very reasonable price. We had a great experience. Had an emergency during a San Diego heat wave. Our AC completely stopped working. Patriot air was very accommodating and fit us in to their busy schedule to fix it ASAP. Our normal AC repair person wasn't available for at least a week. We will use this service from now on. Very reliable, honest and quick. We are all cooled down now and could not be happier ;)
