Patrik Antich was a joy to work with in selling my elderly mother's home. There were numerous hiccups on our end due to issues with the house and Patrik was calm, supportive and professional throughout. He had an amazing array of trustworthy professionals he referred us to for repairs. Patrik was a dream to work with. While we were fixing up the house, he seemed to know a business to help us with all of our different needs. We were selling during some uncertain times as the interest rates were rising, and he continually gave us lots of options and the permutations of those options. Most importantly, he is a sweet person, who genuinely cares, and continually checked in on us to see if we were ok with what was happening and to see what he could do to help. 10/10 would hire him again.
