I have never posted a review in my life. However, I would be remiss if I let the opportunity pass to post my experience at Patrick's Hardware. I am completing a whole house paint project. On January 26, 2021, I visited Patrick's Hardware to view the Benjamin Moore paint pallet to select paint colors. As I entered the store a male employee was at the front of the store. I can assure you we do not and have never tolerated discrimination in our store for any reason. We are confident that if given the opportunity could change your opinion. We reached out to them about re-screening (2) sliding door screens. We had a small issue with one door & they resolved the issue within the same day. 1st class team with customer service being their priority. I recommend everyone support this local business even if you live outside the Hampton area.
