This mechanic shop is completely untrustworthy and has TERRIBLE customer service. They DO NOT properly inform customers of repair needs, nor stand by their work. I had my Jeep repaired by them last year (and they lied about the time frame- keeping it for extra days). A fuel injector was faulty and misfiring and we were told that the Oil Filter adapter and valve cover gasket MAY be causing it. Patricks Auto Repair is a step above. I went in for a transmission service, and they also ended up fixing another issue i had and noticed i needed a oil change. Customer service was top notch and Patrick explained everything in detail and when i went to pay it was less than what was quoted. We have found our mechanic. Highly recommended.
5 star rating with us. Replaced the engine in grandkids Cadillac. Very very nice office folks. The mechanic did a great fantastic job. Installed a used engine, but looks like all new u Der the hood. Very happy withe the work kudos to the me hanic. And to top it off all completed as told it would be and a great price. I highly recommend this shop, and will use in the future if the need arises.
