Got my car in for brakes and wheel baring to be fixed , done within a few hours , great communication , and great pricing! I couldn’t recommend enough.
Patrick’s was amazing. We were stranded two hours away from our destination and two hours away from home, and it felt like we stopped at a friend’s house. Our transmission pan was leaking and I thought our vacation was over before it started. They were able to get it fixed same day and away we went. Everyone there was so nice. They played with my daughter, got her juice and toys, and even got us a reservation to a restaurant for the vacation that they saved. So far I have had a great experience. We got our vehicle fixed up and the price for what we were asking for seemed fair. I may come back and update my review after 6 months after repairs, but for now my car seems to be running like new!
Patrick's Auto is the best! I've taken my vehicle in a few times and the service is always great. I receive fair quotes, services are performed in a timely manner (often quicker than anticipated), and they communicate throughout the entire process if anything changes. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful. It's like visiting family. I can trust that anytime I have an issue with my vehicle, it'll be handled with care.
