So far I have had a great experience. We got our vehicle fixed up and the price for what we were asking for seemed fair. I may come back and update my review after 6 months after repairs, but for now my car seems to be running like new!
Patrick's Auto is the best! I've taken my vehicle in a few times and the service is always great. I receive fair quotes, services are performed in a timely manner (often quicker than anticipated), and they communicate throughout the entire process if anything changes. Most importantly, their customer service is wonderful. It's like visiting family. I can trust that anytime I have an issue with my vehicle, it'll be handled with care.
Patricks Auto just did work on my Ford F-150 that the Cam phasers was going out that Ford had a recall on in 2022. Ford wouldn't fix them because I was 200 miles over my 100,000 and the recall was not covered. So Patrick put new cam phasers, timing components and also added 3 quarts of transmission fluid because Ford did not fill my transmission fluid back up.
