In January of 2016, I walked into Patrick's, sat down with Patrick, gave him a long list of everything I needed and wanted to make sure it was all the right stuff. He told me it would be ready in three weeks so I continued My vacation and went back in three weeks. Patrick's will rip you off on purpose. I ordered a rear-end gear and seal kit totaling over $660. I got the runaround for more than a year. They charged my CC the week I ordered, and with each follow-up call was told the pats would be on the way soon. It was not true. I was given many excuses, including hospitalization, back ordered seals, and passing the buck on to their suppliers. Paid for parts in May 2014 - as of October 2018 I still have not received. I kept in touch over that time and they were very nice and always promised "Soon, soon" so I never took action with credit card company as that would have adversely effected them. I guess that's an expensive lesson learned. Very sad, they were a great operation for many years.

Ordered 700.00 in ring and pinion. Parts in. 2016 and did not get anything sent only excuses gave the benifit to him as his reviews were once good and other stovebolt members had good expieriences. It has been two and a half years. And. Only lies like the guy making the oakie bushings had a heart attack. The parts are on the way. Strung along and now not even a answer on tbe phone.

Made a phone order on June 6th for a differential ring and pinion set + installation kit for a 1946 chevy DP pickup. $650 My credit card was charged on June 14th. No parts have arrived. No one answers the phone there. Just get and answering machine. Does anyone know what is happening at this business?

Worst business to do business with! We ordered parts 1/8/2018 and were told 4-6 weeks. Now we keep getting the run around. I called to cancel our order and found parts local today 4/10/18.

I ordered parts totaling over 200. in nov. of 2017.I have called them every 2 weeks, at least ,with all kinds of promises being made from their end.I live in New York state and wonder if this has something to do with their failure to supply my parts,because of the distance.It is now April of 2018 and still no parts.When I spoke to them a couple of days ago I was once again made promises for their failure to supply me.

I order differential parts from Patrick on 6-7-2017 He said that it would be two weeks. I call in two weeks and he said another two weeks. I then received my credit card statement and found a charge on 6-7-17. got that canceled and then he charged my card again on 7-25 this man needs to be in jail !!!

I've bent over backwards being nice to everyone at Patrick's trying my hardest to get the parts they charge my card over 15+months ago for well over $500.00. Every person I've every met that has a love for vintage auto has been awesome, so it blows my mind how they can be this way. Its the same story, every week for the past 62+ weeks, but i'm not giving up, they will continue to hear from me every week until BBB shuts this scam down.
