I would like to say that Dr. Russell is a very kind, caring, and knowledgeable doctor, and I would definitely recommend him to help you with any of your neurological issues. Whenever I see him or have a phone appointment, he is very clear as to what my options are for my back and neck pain, not to mention what is best for me! Thank you Dr. Russell
