The service center is filled with nice staff, it is just that it comes out very expensive and takes a while. The last couple times I’ve decided to wait for my car to be done with service or maintenance and it takes hours when they say maybe 1 hour at the most. Overall very professional, just long and expensive.
Andrew was very straight forward, available, flexible, and patient during my car buying experience. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles I was considering and it was a no pressure, matter of fact experience with no drama. His manager Justin was fantastic as well. Great experience.
