This company went above and beyond to help out another small town business. We asked to rent a trailer for a few hours for the local parade, and they said "Nah. Just come pick it up & bring it back when you're done". Very much appreciated! I have been a personal customer of theirs over the years & have always been treated well. But to see how they help out other small businesses the way they did, they have a continued customer for life.

I had asked around about somewhere to take my older stock trailer to get some work done to it. I was referred to Patrick Trailer Sales, I took my trailer there and told them I wanted it rewired from the plug all the way through because of shotty patch work on the wiring, I wanted All new LED lights, and wanted to add 2 additional amber marker lights on each fender, I wanted safety chains installed, and the brakes checked and fixed or replaced as they weren't working. This business has terrible customer service and business ethics. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Take your business elsewhere. They scammed me out of a $400 deposit by telling me they had the Norstar service bed I was looking to purchase only to later find out when I wasted three hours of driving time to come drop my truck off to have said service bed installed that the bed being sold to me was in very poor condition.
