It was a pleasure for me and my wife Mehbooba to see Dr. Bering. In Dr. Bering, we found not only a good doctor but also a very good human being as depicted by his mannerism and attention to all aspects of my wife's cardiovascular issues, followed by his advice regarding the future course of action for treatment to ensure appropriate management of her cardiovascular issues
Dr. Bering did my TEE. He's respectful, competent, and funny. I had a TEE before at another hospital. No fun. Very sore throat. Knocked out and nauseous. But Dr. Bering and his team put me at ease. I felt they used as few drugs as possible so that I was fully alert when they were done. No sore throat. Well, maybe a tad. But I didn't even need motrin. He and his staff were truly patient.
Dr. Bering always takes his time with me. He explains everything in a way that I understand. He always has a smile on his face. I'm always comfortable around him. He us very knowledgeable. I could go on & on. Soriah is also wonderful. She is always helpful and answers all my questions. They both make a great team. I have complete trust in both of them. Medstar should be honored to have them.
My experience with Dr Bering and his staff was exceptional. I have had wonderful doctors in the past but Dr Bering and staff set a new standard. He was patient, kind, and compassionate. Dr Bering genuinely cares about me as a person and how my diagnosis impacts my holistic health. His entire team modeled great customer service. I have been telling friends and family about my incredible experience.
