Appointment was very good. Any delays were explained. NP and Dr. Simpson had excellent bed side manner and exemplified professionalism. The plan of care was discussed by both Providers. Was given ample time for discussion and questions. Dr. Simpson offered a closing segment with a Prayer. Was very appreciative of this gesture.
Husband had first appointment and every question imaginable was answered with care, compassion and no indication that we were taking too much time. Dr Simpson, Heather and his staff are top notch. When he offered a prayer at the end of the appointment, I knew we were in the best hands. That meant the world to us.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Simpson. He was professional and kind. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions.
