Heather was informative, knowledgeable, friendly and explained a great deal and answered my questions before I met Dr. Simpson. Dr. Simpson was kind, straightforward, answered my questions, explained options depending on outcome of initial recommended procedures. I didn’t feel rushed and appreciated his candor and demeanor, and then Heather's follow-up conversation.
