It was a very positive visit. The Care for the patient was exceptional. Answered all the questions. Did not hesitate on giving more information of the visit. Provided more types of care in order to get you comfortable with the outcome. Will definitely recommend this doctor to my family and friends.
WOW! What a great experience! I was set at ease immediately following the EKG. I was impressed with the entire staff of Dr. Simpson. Dr. Simpson was compassionate, and caring, its been a long time since I've had a doctor who has impressed me when we met. It felt like he gave me 100% of his attention, without rushing thru our visit.
Appointment was very good. Any delays were explained. NP and Dr. Simpson had excellent bed side manner and exemplified professionalism. The plan of care was discussed by both Providers. Was given ample time for discussion and questions. Dr. Simpson offered a closing segment with a Prayer. Was very appreciative of this gesture.
