My husband and I have been going to Dr. Safo for several years now. He is fantastic. He performed several MOHS procedures on my husband. All were great with cancer being removed successfully. He has a warm, welcoming and confident personality that makes one feel great that your cancer treatment is in his hands. We will continue to go for him, without a doubt.
Update: the office contacted me. I admire their willingness to address feedback & try to make things right. Dr. Safo is very nice and seems to care about his patients. Unfortunately his office staff is terrible with follow through. Messages left to office staff responsible for filling out forms related to specialty medications were not returned. Truly Outstanding Care I recently saw Dr. Safo, and it was honestly one of the best medical appointments I’ve ever had. The office runs smoothly, the staff is polite and professional, and most important, Dr. Safo himself is absolutely exceptional—kind, informative, respectful, and completely on point. Very caring
At 63 my new hobby is seeing doctors. I have seen 12 in the last year. Out of all of them Dr. Safo is the only one that has actually fixed any of my problems. He resolved two issues that I had last year, proving his confidence and precision. Most doctors are “practicing”, he is a Professional! Very caring, capable and engaged. The staff is also excellent at the E Camp Lowell location. He is a keeper.
