I had the extreme displeasure of being the defendant of a very complicated divorce with my ex husband and Patrick Sampair represented.. (don’t get me wrong, I was definitely part of the complications). Let me just say, I wish Mr. Sampair were my lawyer. Hire him, hire him now before your ex does.
Patrick Sampair recently represented a group of Filipina, including his wife, in a civil case filed before the Superior Court of Maricopa County, AZ. The Plaintiff is an LLC, later on found out that said LLC was not even yet registered before the case was filed. Mr. Sampair was very much aware of such because he was the one who acted as Agent in registering the said LLC since his wife is an officer of the LLC. The said civil case was dismissed few days ago. First let me say, I had no idea of what to expect during this difficult process. Patrick, Michelle and the rest of the office staff guided me with care the entire way. Even though my process took much longer than it ever should have, they helped me make the best decisions that would affect me long term.
