If I had 5 more stars I would definitely give it to this law firm, specifically to Michele Surett. I unfortunately couldn't afford hiring this law firm but she went up and out and beyond to try to help my situation and case. Took the time to actually try to listen to my reasonings and my situation, and out of all the other law firms I called, they just wanted to get the call over with, leaving me feeling hopeless. DO NOT , I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM. I am speaking from experience you are better off representing your self when it comes to them they will not help you at all they will take weeks and weeks and drag your case out and every time they contact you they charge you for it and takes 2 days to reply them and then when you think something has been filed nothing has and when they contact you because they think they need more information before filing anything they will charge and before you know your retainer is all gone and they ar... read more
I had the extreme displeasure of being the defendant of a very complicated divorce with my ex husband and Patrick Sampair represented.. (don’t get me wrong, I was definitely part of the complications). Let me just say, I wish Mr. Sampair were my lawyer. Hire him, hire him now before your ex does.
Patrick Sampair recently represented a group of Filipina, including his wife, in a civil case filed before the Superior Court of Maricopa County, AZ. The Plaintiff is an LLC, later on found out that said LLC was not even yet registered before the case was filed. Mr. Sampair was very much aware of such because he was the one who acted as Agent in registering the said LLC since his wife is an officer of the LLC. The said civil case was dismissed few days ago.
