Really upset have a card that says I have a reserved appointment for today at 11am, that I made 8 weeks ago and I'm here early and no ones there. No phone call no email nothing! Extremely disappointed!

I have been going to Patrick's for 10+ years for cuts and coloring. Amy Jo is the best. She knows me and my hair. I won't go anywhere else.
The staff at Patricks Salon are always so friendly and very professional. They are extremely accommodating and work with my crazy schedule. Rachel is an amazing hairstylist, she has transformed the way I style and the color of my hair. I love that she is always honest with me even if that means telling me my idea is not a good one. So far she has always been right. Thank you Patricks for being able to recognize such an amazing and talented hairstylist. I recommend Patricks/Rachel to all of my friends.
LeeAnn has been taking care of my hair for 17 years and she is awesome! I always get compliments on my color and I fully trust her expertise to perform magic on my hair. Took in and showed pictures of what my hair cut looked like after the last cut. Pictures of ME with the correct cut. Hair washed, cut and out the door in 13 minutes? Yes, I timed it. Asked to have clippers used on the back of my head, not just scissors... she wouldn’t. When asked for mirror to see, I was ignored, would not show the back of my cut.
