Don't take responsibility of their work done. Just keep telling you to call the office and after multiple follow ups they would still never show up. Stay away from them...

Nothing but positive to report in my experience. Staff were friendly, prices were competitive, and the work is solid! I will be returning for future roof work.

This rating has nothing to do with the work capable of being done. This review is purely based on response time/organization/communication. I was told "a few days" and he will call you back, upon my initial call. 2 weeks passed and I called back giving the benefit of the doubt that everyones busy etc... the secretary said to me on the phone this time that the following week I will definitely get a call back... i made sure and asked specifically about a date because winter is coming.. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this company and were left unhappy with the end result. Our chimney has leaked since they installed our new metal roof. They told us it was from the winter snow load, but we just contacted another company to fix it and were told they didn't lap the flange properly. Now we're left having to spend $$$ extra to get it corrected.

Had our roof and skylights replaced by Patrick’s roofing. They did a fantastic job, working hard through challenging conditions. Brian and his crew were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
