BEWARE OF PATRICK RILEY! My old air conditioning service company (Isley’s) combined with Patrick Riley. Immediately my experience with Patrick Riley was poor. A year ago, a technician came to my house and “inspected” the air intake which ran underneath a set of stairs. The technician claimed the area under the stairs needed to be sealed, for a price of $7000+.
