I called Mike Patrick to 3 reasons. #1. 6 month old Moen kitchen faucet had low pressure on the hot water side and the spout needed tightening. #2. Bathroom value was leaking, needed to be swapped out with a new Delta value, tub spout, shower head. #3. Remove 2 old kitchen sinks and then install 2 new stainless steel drop in Kitchen sinks with new faucets & garbage disposals. I was quoted $130/hour. I needed a new hot water heater and Patrick Plumbing & Heating were the first to respond and be available, which I appreciated. They covered the floor with tarps and did a good job. However, be aware that the amount quoted per hour is not the actual rate. I was quoted $130 per hour and I had 5 hours of service so I expected the charge to reflect that.
