I saw Dr Patrick Nolan whose knowledge was amazing, his exam thorough and the staff were kind and helpful. The office was beautiful, with furniture that allowed me to lie down, which was great. And I was seen immediately, no waiting. I highly recommend them.

The front desk people leave a lot to be desired. I have been trying to talk to someone about my lab results for over 2 weeks and no one will call me back. I call and I can’t even leave a message because their voicemail is always full. They do not follow through with their promises to call me back. It’s ridiculous!

I have been diabetic since childhood and prior to this, had an excellent pediatric endocrinologist. Dr Nolan was the only endocrinologist who had space available in Anchorage. I hadn’t heard great things but was open minded. He didn’t have any sort of pre-appointment sheet to fill out with concerns, medications or medical history which as a new patient is fairly standard. 1,179 / 5,000 I have been in the hands of endocrinologists for the last 30 years. For the last 13 years all the tests have been within the correct normal range, but the unbalanced thyroid symptoms said the opposite. In recent years I have not felt well and my weight has increased by more than 20lbs. The different endocrinologists told me that I had to change my diet and do more exercises.
