Your office people are not that great. Today was the second time I had a problem with a person from the office. Patrick Lester himself is awesome.
I went in with much discomfort for my knees. Patrick listened. Spent a lot of time with me. Explained why I had so my pain. Showed me the Xay. Then treated me with cortisone shots. Almost gave me immediate relief. I was extremely grateful.
Patrick is an all around great person. Explains everything to you as he is doing it.
I met Dr Lester in September. I need a much needed knee replacement bone on bone. When I met him my sciatica was so painful and I have degenerative disc disease. Every day I am in pain. He wanted an MRI of my knee and my neurologist wants an MRI of my brain. My insurance willnot cover both. Dr. Lester was nice but his receptionists are rude not friendly and have said and made mistakes regarding my case. A simple message turns into a 7 minute call. Giving me wrong information.
